- Connected channel identifiers, such as Telegram business connection IDs or Instagram account IDs.
- Customer messages, comments, attachments, and conversation metadata received through connected channels.
- Operational logs needed to debug message delivery, AI responses, and webhook processing.
How We Use Information
- To generate customer support and sales replies using the business catalog and settings.
- To create conversations, customers, and draft orders inside the admin panel.
- To send replies through the channel that the customer used.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot integration issues.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may send message context to configured AI providers only to generate a response for the connected business. We may also use hosting, database, and infrastructure providers required to operate the service.
Retention
Conversation data and logs are retained while the business uses the service or as needed for support, security, and legal obligations. A business owner can request deletion at any time.
